Letter of Eusebius from Carpiano

The letter is written on a single column, unlike the text of the Gospels written on two. It is framed in a golden rectangle with the decorations. On this page you will keep half of this letter, the other half, written on a second sheet, has been lost.

Many studies have suggested that all the manuscripts of the Gospels which, like that of Rossano, present the letter of two pages refl ect the archetypal product at Caesarea by Eusebius in the early fourth century.
